Job Context:
∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Event and Brand management will be given preference.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Must have experience in relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
∎ Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments
∎ Excellent networking skills and understanding of PR.
∎ Proven track record on both offline & online marketing.
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies that are useful in marketing.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Should have the willingness to travel to different districts of Bangladesh frequently.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ceramics, Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies.
∎ Must be self-motivated/challenging and able to achieve the company's sales targets.
∎ Positive attitude with strong negotiation and team management skills
∎ Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective clients.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
