Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for company Sales & Marketing.
∎ Take care and be responsible for Concrete Readymix.
∎ To formulate marketing strategies in alignment with Company's strategic directions to meet its sales performance.
∎ To contribute to maximize market share through robust and streamlined marketing campaigns.
∎ To supervise a team and to develop their competency to perform jobs as well as projects.
∎ To ensure necessary communications with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ To track team performance and guide them to be successful in each assignment.
∎ To provide all-out support to the concerned supervisor and other Management Staff on organizational issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 37 years
∎ An advantage in sales knowledge of Concrete Readymix will be given.
∎ Experience in Digital Marketing will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Target Commission.
