∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop brand communication action plan as per research findings & business objectives
∎ Coordinate with creative agencies and ensure effectiveness of each marketing communication initiative
∎ Manage advertising campaign (ATL, BTL, Outdoor), sponsorship, event and activation
∎ Ensure timely publication and distribution of brochure, flyer, newsletter and other promotional kits
∎ Prepare event calendar in coordination with Sales and Business Development teams and ensure that all events and activations are conducted as per set guideline
∎ Lead digital marketing initiatives and continuously update website contents
∎ Maintain giveaways and all sort of promotional materials
∎ Develop customer and influencer database in coordination with sales and research team.
∎ Act as key contact person of Marketing & Communication department for coordination with Sales, Business Development, Accounts and external stakeholders
∎ Any other tasks as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable of handling wide range of agencies, suppliers and vendors
∎ Should be creative and have positive mindset and dedication for continuous improvement
∎ Should have clear understanding about trends of building materials industry, buyers' decision making process etc.
