• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms

• Age 30 to 50 years

• 5 years of proven experience in marketing (experience in engineering, construction or consultancy sector preferred).

• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, especially in industrial and project-based services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools and proposal development.

• Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the engineering and consultancy sector.

• Identify new business opportunities in RMG, commercial and government project markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants and stakeholders.

• Prepare and present technical marketing proposals, company profiles and project credentials.

• Manage brand promotion, digital marketing and corporate communications to strengthen market presence.

• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decision-making.

• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions and client presentations.

• Lead the marketing team to achieve targets and ensure timely reporting to management.
