Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law -established rules and guidelines
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
∎ Manage annual budgeting and forecasting process, monthly/quarterly Board reporting
∎ Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
∎ Will enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
∎ Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities
∎ Benchmark state-of-the-art practices to recommend profit and service improvements.
∎ Any other task as deemed by the management.

Born in England, Phil has over 30 years of automotive design expertise including a number of years at Ford and will be leading the design studio at HAVAL’s headquarters in Baoding, as well as the advanced design studio in Shanghai. His role is to build a world-class design team and create the unique design of all HAVAL models and strengthen the brand’s position in the SUV segment on the world stage.
