Japanese Construction Company, Liaison With Local Government, Market analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Stakeholder Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research and identify potential projects.
∎ Cultivate strong relationships with new stakeholders, while maintaining existing relationships (Mainly local government offices, local companies, and multinational companies)
∎ Draft business plans, presentations, and other documents as required (PP creation required)
∎ Report to Business development leader, Overseas administration department Mainly remote work with the person in charge on the Japan side.
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
