∎ B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public & private Universities.
∎ Applicants from IUT/ BUET/ CUET/ RUET/ KUET/ DUET will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Electrical Engineering

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the group.
∎ To ensure preventing maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure zero downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as air compressor, diesel & gas generator, water pump, workshop, steam boiler, washing machine, yarn dyeing, ETP & WTP, knitting, RMG, etc.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective
∎ Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.
∎ Need to pursue operation and maintenance of Air Conditioner (AC), Fire Fighting system, CCTV System, Telephone System (PABX).
∎ To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety, fire safety and building safety related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and preventive maintenance of Gas-powered Duez Generator, standby diesel generator, water treatment plant, air compressor, effluent treatment plant, Cochran steam Boiler, Thermo oil boiler, electrical power distribution, and sub-station, etc.
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall Maintenance & Utility related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
