Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager for Sewing Machine Maintenance in Knit Garments factory.
∎ Job location will be Zamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing effective plans and procedures to provide effective sewing machines maintenance and utility-related support to the required areas.
∎ Leading sewing machine maintenance team to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all mechanical sewing appliances/machines of Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Monitoring the activities of team members and providing necessary guidelines for performing the maintenance jobs effectively.
∎ Maintaining all the equipment/machinery of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Identifying areas for improvement and assign team members to take care of issues.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience including 03 years of experience in managerial position in the area of Sewing Machine Maintenance.
∎ Leadership and team management.
∎ Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
