Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement an effective electrical maintenance policy.
∎ Daily routine as well as preventive electrical maintenance work.
∎ Have to have the the capacity to successfully lead; run, coordinate the electrical maintenance team.
∎ Preparing periodic maintenance schedules (weekly, monthly, bi- annual and annual) and ensuring that machines are maintained as scheduled.
∎ Managing and monitoring all mechanical issues pertaining to factory or operations.
∎ Monitoring and managing machine spare parts and the attachment inventory; updating daily issuances and monitoring stock levels and re ordering when necessary.
∎ Attending pre-production, line lay-out and line-balancing meetings; identifying the requirements of the mechanical team, and subsequently deciding action plans while taking measures to brief the team.
∎ Coordinating with production and technical teams to identify the requirements for new styles and accordingly, taking necessary steps to ensure that machinery and attachments meet the specifications for the new styles.
∎ Supervise and lead all maintenance (mechanical, electrical & utility) processes and operations;
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all electrical system specially Generator, Boiler, Compressor, DWP, FDS, BMS, utility machineries etc.
∎ Responsible for RSC, and other social compliance audit in the subject of electrical and Fire Alarm system.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ Carry out schedule and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical equipment including boiler and electrical functions.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Coordinate with store for machine distribution, inventory, spare parts issue, sewing needle, machine oil etc.
∎ Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
