∎ Minimum B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sewing Machine Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage entire maintenance team, make sure each team member is efficiently and successfully filling maintenance roles.
∎ Identify problems and quickly create solutions so production is not slowed or hampered.
∎ Perform daily repairs and ensure all production machines are in perfect working order.
∎ Planned scheduled maintenance outages as part of preventive maintenance program.
∎ Supervised employee performance, preventive maintenance and safety.
∎ Adjusted machine settings to maximize performance and equipment longevity.
∎ Procured pricing information from various vendors to support cost-effective purchasing.
∎ Established and documented protocols for preventive maintenance procedures, decreasing equipment issues and reducing downtime.
∎ Contributed to development, implementation and execution of maintenance programs.
∎ Created and implemented maintenance program to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years of working experience in managerial role.
∎ Analytical skills coupled with strategic capabilities.
∎ Excellent communication skills with a command of spoken and written English.
∎ Hardworking mentality and capable of accepting challenges.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Well-conversant with software like MS Office Suites and G-Suites.
