Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan and budget for livelihood improvement interventions (IGA, Skill Development, Capital etc.).
∎ Guide/oversee preliminary survey and baseline survey to select zakat deserving households.
∎ Ensure proper need assessment of selected households/individuals.
∎ Ensure timely initiatives to render need-based support to selected households/individuals.
∎ Make regular follow-up to ensure quality of services under livelihood improvement program.
∎ Supervise and guide the works of Executives/Junior Executives/Field Staff of the livelihood wing.
∎ Collect, maintain and share updated information on livelihood improvement interventions and prepare periodic/need-based reports.
∎ Identify/suggest new areas and ways of works.
∎ Identify gaps in the processes and offer solutions.
∎ Render need-based support to supplement works of other wings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
