Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM)
∎ Masters in Law (LLM) from any reputed University (public university preferred)
∎ First division or class in all public examinations; including one second division or class may be accepted.
∎ No third division or class in any public examination.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Contract, Land, Regulatory, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Law Firm, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Property related vetting
∎ Drafting of property-related documents
∎ Collection and verification of property documents.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successful applicant shall be responsible for legal vetting, drafting and legal services works of the Company.
∎ Should be competent enough to independently develop and draft agreements for customized cases or situations.
∎ Applicants should be outwardly mobile. Should be willing to work with various public offices in the related fields.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have excellent command over both Bengali and English
∎ Applicants should be willing to work extended hours
∎ Applicants should be skilled and confident in computer and use of the basic applications
∎ Self-motivated individuals and able to work independently with minimum guidance
∎ Successful candidates should be willing and available for immediate recruitment and quick joining.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary commensurate with the competence and experience of the eligible candidates.
