Job Context:
∎ Property related vetting
∎ Drafting of property-related documents
∎ Collection and verification of property documents.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Writing and checking of legal documents
∎ Review all legal transactions regarding acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, 3rd party agreements etc
∎ Update and maintain compliance on managing internal documentation relating real-estate documents
∎ Review all property documentations, according to government guidelines and provide expert legal opinion
∎ Provide expert opinion on any additional client queries relating property, ownership or assets for both buyer and seller and provide quick resolution
∎ Follow-up on any significant changes to applicable laws, regulations and codes and ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations and codes in accordance with the company policies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have excellent command over both Bengali and English
∎ Applicants should be willing to work extended hours
∎ Applicants should be skilled and confident in computer and use of the basic applications
∎ Self-motivated individuals and able to work independently with minimum guidance
∎ Successful candidates should be willing and available for immediate recruitment and quick joining.
∎ Applicants should be outwardly mobile. Should be willing to work with various public offices in the related fields.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary commensurate with the competence and experience of the eligible candidates.
