∎ Candidates must have enrollment (Sanad) as Advocate with Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Candidate of cumilla will be preferable
∎ Computer Literate
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Prepare Legal opinion of land for joint venture development (Land Procurement)
∎ To Prepare bilateral Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-cobla deed etc in Bangali & English.
∎ To look & handle legal site of company (like Thana, court, local people, owner & client etc)
∎ To do mutation of land, sale permission, Power acceptance from related Govt. dept etc.
