Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB/LLM from any Public University or Law College under National University with Bar Council Membership.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land and Legal, Land Law, Land Purchase, Legal Affairs, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, legal opinion

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take full responsibility of managing all activities relating to land properties including
∎ purchase, mutation, survey and demarcation.
∎ Check all required documents thoroughly, from the law point of view as well as local customs, before any purchase of land.
∎ Re-check all documents submitted by the sellers with designated Govt offices to ascertain genuineness of the said documents
∎ Take care of all legal issues of the group including -
∎ all the land related cases, in different courts, filed by the group/ filed against the Company.
∎ Deal with HR related cases of worker or management staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 7years of practical work experience where as 3 years in similar position.
∎ Clear knowledge on land /asset related activities.

Salary: Negotiable
