Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generating policies, procedures & planning for the land purchase department development and related activities
∎ Create and maintain format related to land purchase, management and related others
∎ Plan, set and proceed feasible target to achieve within timeline
∎ Verify and up to date legal documents from the authority and place to the management
∎ Calculating FAR and other related measurement for the land purchase and development
∎ Identification and negotiation of land and development opportunities
∎ Negotiation with land owners and agents, progressing deals, negotiating and progressing conditional contracts, legally and technically, to site purchase
∎ To establish own contacts to generate land, and maintain regular contact with the company's clients
∎ Carry out land sensibilities and appraisals
∎ The development plan system, housing land audits, potential change of uses and up-to-date planning policy/ precedents within local authorities and government

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
