∎ Post Graduation Degree in any Discipline from Public or any Reputed Private University. (Educational qualifications will be relaxed in terms of experience.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for Sourcing & Procurement of Land
∎ To be responsible to prepare budgeting for Development Projects
∎ To be responsible for completing development projects from acquisition through approvals, construction and customer care on time and on budget
∎ Oversee the development of property from the initial planning phase through the completion of residential, commercial, or industrial construction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7-10 Years in Real Estate Sector completing a number of successful real estate development projects on time and within budget.
∎ Good communication skills - written / oral. Good at MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)

Salary: Negotiable
