Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Accounting/Finance from any Public or Reputed Private University. (Preference in CA Certified.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for handling & monitoring company Accounts & Finance,
∎ Auditing & Budgeting activities.
∎ To manage all financial activities in compliance with accounting standards.
∎ To review, manage and structure the company's financial and management reporting systems and streamline processes to provide management with relevant and timely financial information. To provide strategic and financial advice for the business.
∎ To Co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating, capital expenditure budgets monthly financial and management reports and perform variance analysis. Company affairs with RJSC
∎ To manage company funds investment to achieve the target annual return.
∎ To arrange for trade financing, responsible for overall funds flow requirements of the company, and investment opportunities.
∎ To manage Income Tax, VAT with concern authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years. Good communication skills - written / oral. Excel in using latest Tally version. Good at MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
∎ Experience : 8+ Years (Preference in Real Estate Sector)
∎ Gender : Male
