Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering form BUET/ CUET/RUET/KUET/DUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the running project job execution as per Specification, Brochure &
∎ LandOwner Deed of Agreement through specification monitoring.
∎ Check labor bill quantity with respect to BOQ &BOM
∎ Ensure final finishing works
∎ Prepare CPM/Master work program as per time schedule
∎ Identify and evaluate risks and internal controls.
∎ Design and perform audit procedures. Review the working papers and ensure the quality of implementation.
∎ Prepare monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.
∎ Ensure wastage control of materials by proper planning of materials
∎ Ensure all type of works & materials sample approval and from respective department in timely.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 45 years. Good communication skills - written / oral. Good at MS Office (word, excel & ppt) and expert in Auto CAD Design.
∎ Experience 8+ Years in Real Estate& Construction Sector
