Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Textile Engineering or B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from any reputed College or University with adequate knowledge in Dyeing & Printing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
dyeing and printing, Quality control, textile lab
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make sure effective Quality control monitoring in all the concerned departments of product development and production.
∎ To implement company’s Quality control policy.
∎ To ensure all types of tests performed within laboratory.
∎ To perform the trouble shooting by suggesting the remedial strategy to concerned production department and QC in turn.
∎ To do causative study for identification of root causes for the occurrence of the shortcoming or problem in running production.
∎ To cater the customer complaints regarding technical and quality aspects of the product in conjunction with R&D Manager and concerned marketing executive.
∎ To develop technical samples as per queries and specification of customers.
∎ To advice marketing executives for in-house achievable results regarding different product development queries
∎ To arrange and carry out sampling and testing within own facility and for third party analysis
∎ To identify of training needs of the staff.
∎ To comprehend the customer’s technical specifications, enact them and to adept techniques to achieve them in production.
∎ To ensure non-conforming products during in process or final stage are not dispatched to next process or customer respectively.
∎ To ensure all quality records are prepared and maintained properly within the department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years’ experience in respective field in any Dyeing-Printing Industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
∎ Job Location: Mawna, Sreepur, Gazipur.
Salary:
