Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Quality related Training Certificate
∎ Training/Trade Course: Advance excel in Computer
∎ Skills Required: Fabric Manufacturing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 4 to 5 years in the relevant position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to check & follow up the machine maintanance/purchasing status with head office.
∎ 2 Have to continue the training for lab staff on weekly basis as per training Calendar considering the ISO/AATCC/ASTM D/JIS/GB & buyer standard.
∎ 3 Have to review the test report before submit the testing sample to 3rd party lab .
∎ 4 Have to ensure the test was done according to required standard & test result should be reliable.
∎ 5 Have to provide Healthy and good working environment for lab staff
∎ 6 Have to do the analysis of lab round robin test results to identify the week areas of testing.
∎ 7 Have to develop the capability of lab staff as well as total laboratory.
∎ 8 Have to develop 10 new test per year
∎ 9 To keep and maintain the master list of equipment with calibration status of all lab and quality control equipment
∎ 10 To keep and maintain the machine literature, manual, spares and consumable record.
∎ 11 To facilitate the calibration process from external source.
∎ 12 To perform the internal calibration if required as per standard procedure.
∎ 13 To maintain the log book and control of the lab procurement as per lab consumption list
∎ 14 To keep and maintain the lab capability profile to identify the staff capability.
∎ 15 To keep consumable requirement, consumption and material test record for lab and QC.
∎ 16 Have to follow up the overall laboratory operation
∎ 17 Any other task by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary: Negotiable
