Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure elastic weaving, knitting and Jacquard R&D on time to complete and ensure the machine commissioning on stipulated time.
∎ Responsible for replication of oversees elastic and reproduce for the company by ensuring the highest quality.
∎ Overall responsible for knitting, dyeing process until reach to the valued customer.
∎ Responsible to link up with new supplier on machine base as well to yarn supplier base.
∎ Ensure a program of continued improvement and development in terms of productivity, quality delivery and ethical standards within the company.
∎ Communicate with the officers and associates about the production and floor management issues.
∎ Consulting with the maintenance responsible about the frequent m/c problems and solutions,
∎ Develop and train local people to achieve the company.

∎ Candidate should have experience in related field of operations/production/development/knitting/Dyeing unit.
∎ candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
