Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Finance/ Accounting or post graduate degree having relevant experience from a reputed University can also apply. Candidates having relevant foreign degree is highly encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Asset-Liability Management (ALM) report;
∎ Funding plan preparation, updates and analysis (disbursement, pipeline and cash position);
∎ Analysis and pricing of intra-group loans;
∎ Ensure and manage implementation of organizational hedging strategy, process and collect regular updates from subsidiaries
∎ Prepare financial and non-financial covenants compliance reports;
∎ Contribute significantly in the process of drafting, reviewing and finalizing loan agreements for ASAI subsidiaries, along with other related loan documents;
∎ Process and execute fund transactions between ASAI and the subsidiaries and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
∎ Prepare and analyze MIS reports on a monthly basis;
∎ Collect information from different sources to prepare and analyze different reports for internal and external stakeholders (lenders, investors, auditors etc.) on periodic basis;
∎ Conduct financial and portfolio analysis as required by the management;
∎ Organize and facilitate various internal and external meetings time to time;
∎ Maintain liaison with subsidiaries teams and Netherlands team to ensure proper reporting on time;
∎ Any other responsibilities, deemed appropriate by ASAI management time to time;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in financial management in national or international organization, preferably in microfinance or financial sector;
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of international banking and financial transaction process;
∎ Good understanding of international investment, hedging products and techniques;
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of MIS reporting and financial analysis;
∎ Excellent financial analytical ability;
∎ Excellent report writing and business communication skills; and
∎ Expertise is in MS Office and other job related software;
Salary:
∎ Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable based on job profile of the candidates.
