• Sound understanding of interior design & real estate sales.

Job Context:

Penthouse Interior is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Interior Sales to lead sales activities for its interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of complete interior solutions, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth through effective communication, negotiation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales process for interior design and turnkey interior solution projects.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior and real estate sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and real estate developers.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design and project teams to deliver tailored interior solutions.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
