Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or Diploma in Textile Engineering with adequate knowledge in Dyeing & Printing industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Minimum 08 years experience in same position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up overall the fabrics Inspection with Buyer standard.
∎ To ensure Pretreatment department fabric quality.
∎ To ensure inspection Planning, take advise and follow for corrective action plan.
∎ To ensure prepare monthly inspection KPI.
∎ To Collect and check common file and sample.
∎ To Communicate with third Party inspection Company
∎ To Issue the AOQ and inspection certificate
∎ To ensure dyeing and printing fabric quality by checking Shade, side to center variation & maintain the standard process parameter.
∎ To take decision of continuous process dyeing, exhaust process dyeing and printing fabric by checking shade against standard as well as take decision to deliver for next process.
∎ To identify the problems, analyses the root cause and share with production people fix rectification or commercial solution as urgent basis.
∎ To give technical decision to dyeing, Printing and finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.
∎ To follow up the dyeing and printing sample quality (PP sample or counter sample) as maintaining the Buyer requirement.
∎ Follow-up physical & chemical test of the running fabric.
∎ Responsible to handle the Buyer representative and try to fulfill their demand as per maintaining the existing product quality.
∎ To follow up the GPQ system,
∎ To take decision for final fabric delivery on the basis of lab-dip or buyer standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years in any export oriented textile (Dyeing & Printing industry).
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Literacy.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Sreepur, Gazipur.
