∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the production of garments for product performance, cost and delivery.
∎ Plan and monitor for factory maintenance to make certain that all equipment is functioning properly.
∎ Training and development of all employees.
∎ Manage the production staff to achieve the produced hours at planned efficiency through improved productivity and quality on short-term basis.
∎ Monitor Daily Activities & reports of the department.
∎ Design Factory Layout based on the production requirement
∎ Train and develop the team
∎ Gather inputs from IE executives, production team and quality team on process improvement and efficiency ideas
∎ Validate suggestions and share relevant with supervisors for approval
∎ Implement relevant measures for process efficiency improvement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
