• Experience in related of operations/production/work study/manufacturing/industrial engineering sector is preferred

• Evaluate the cost, delivery, and product performance of the manufacturing of clothing.

• Plan to maintain track of factory maintenance to make sure all the equipment is operating correctly.

• Ensure setting a style and assigning similarities in the manufacturing plan.

• Maintaining industrial productivity while considering thread utilization and waste with appropriate consumptions.

• Managing the production team to increase short-term productivity and quality in order to generate the desired number of hours at the intended efficiency.

• Helping the IE head implement an effectiveness tracking system to evaluate employees Follow the department`s daily reports and operations.

• Maintain the production, productivity, and shipment of the plant. Ensure all employees` development and training.
