Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following are the principal activities of the incumbent but not limited to:
∎ Ensure proper record keeping for Bonded warehouse in both the plants of Coats BD Ltd in line with requirements of the law.
∎ Ensure proper collaboration with SCM, finance and Commercial to timely update of various documents
∎ Ensure timely renewal of both the licence of to avert duties
∎ Liaison with Custom authorities to respond various queries and audit issues in respect to Bond
∎ Keep on-going working relation with Custom and Bond authorities within Coats policy
∎ Work with DEDO for approval of input -output co-efficient
∎ Handle all Bond related cases and appeals with respective authorities.
∎ Maintain necessary network with BIDA for various job including new m/c registration and export.
∎ Work closely with SCM department for any custom related queries and follow up
