Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Textile Engineering from any reputed University/College with adequate knowledge in Planning, Production & Operation of Warp Knitting Manufacturing.
∎ Skills Required: Product Development, Research and Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product Development, Research and Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and update knowledge to develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for maintaining production and rejection as per available knitting machines.
∎ Analyze M/C downtime causes & take corrective action about production & productivity.
∎ Research on Yarn, to finalize the set of its quality parameters (of raw material) for supreme quality of final product.
∎ Activities about Fiber Analysis, Yarn analysis, swatch analysis, fabrics design analysis, & strength analysis.
∎ Set up the knitting parameter so that it can achieve the ultimate fabric quality and also to prepare a fabric S.O.P according to customer demand.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in any Warp Knitting Manufacturing Industry.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
