Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate must experience on Handling good number of FOB/EXW Import from China/Korea/Taiwan/Hong Kong/ Vietnam and maintained a wide range of Freight Forwarder and Shipping agent.
∎ Familiar with Garment Raw Materials and Capital Machinery HS Codes and must have Practical experience of frequently Import them.
∎ Articulated and Sound Communication skills
∎ Familiar with Bank and Commercial Finance terms
∎ Engaging freight forwarder / Consolidator to Handle the FOB/EXW Cargo on behalf of Company
∎ Managing Import Logistics Operation for Sea/Air Import of Woven Garments Factory
∎ Preparing Monthly Management report for Entire Imports and Keep Import Register Updated
∎ Keep the Customs Bond Register Updated for Every Import
∎ Negotiating Freight rate with Forwarder/Agent in order to Import FOB/EXW Cargo from Southeast Asia and Pacific region with Effective price
∎ Assign CNF/Transporter to Import goods from DTA/EPZ and Maintain traceable documentation
∎ Close Observation of the Chittagong and Dhaka Port status and Update Management about Congestion and Clearing time Impact
∎ Follow up and organize releasing the Arrival Cargo at Chittagong/Dhaka port with in the Committed time line
∎ If The candidate doesn’t have Experience on Handling Freights no Need to Apply.
∎
∎ Following are the major Criteria for the candidate:-
