∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the production of garments for product performance, cost and delivery.
∎ Plan and monitor for factory maintenance to make sure that all equipment is functioning properly.
∎ Sustaining factory efficiency along with considering thread usage & wastage with correct consumption.
∎ Assisting the IE head to apply Efficiency Tracking System to measure workers.
∎ Monitor daily activities & reports of the department.
∎ To manage the production staff to achieve the produced hours at planned efficiency.
∎ Provide training to all employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in related field of production/work study/ planning/ Industrial Engineering.

Salary: Negotiable
