Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involved in planning & organizing the organization’s activities to achieve targets.
∎ Ensure Leading operations functions with effective resource utilization
∎ Leading the profit maximization & Controlling of the budgets and driving profit-oriented initiatives.
∎ Managing multi-disciplined teams and resolving any conflicting Priorities
∎ Involving product development to finished good packing all processes.
∎ Handled pilot run section and identifying all technical points and issues.
∎ Maintain on time managing plant process, productivity and shipment
∎ Training and development of all employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in a reputed Company/Industry.
∎ Experience in related of Operations/production/work study/ planning/ Industrial Engineering Sector.
