∎ B.Sc. Engineering in Industrial Production/ Mechanical engineering/ Garments
∎ Manufacturing
∎ Graduate in IE/Textile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum
∎ efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
∎ Coordinate and stream line or production process to resolve production problems,
∎ maximize product reliability.
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine
∎ manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
∎ Prepare machine / line layout.
∎ Determine employee work efficiency and ways to enhance productivity.
∎ Capability to follow hourly production and find root cause for output loss.
∎ Production Break Down, SMV calculation.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
∎ Reduce garment cost by using industrial engineering tools & GSD.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.

∎ Able to work under pressure
