Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of top talent.
∎ Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Manage the employee benefits and compensation programs.
∎ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and administration.
∎ Oversee the maintenance of all employee records, including HRIS data and personnel files.
∎ Develop and manage the HR and administrative budgets.
∎ Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR and administrative issues.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of all administrative functions, including facilities management, IT, and office services.
∎ Office administration
∎ Safety Security
∎ Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
∎ Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
∎ Develop and maintain KPI based Performance Management System.
∎ Lead and ensure accuracy of day to day HR Operational activities.( such as salary disbursement and adjustment issues )
∎ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have 10 years of experience in relevant sector (logistics and transport and courier business would get preference)
∎ Candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
∎ Candidate should have expertise on Microsoft Office Package
∎ Strong organizational and time Management skills .

Salary: Negotiable
