Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Implement and Manage organization's compliance standard as per requirement of composite factory;
∎ Ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required workers & Non-Management staffs as per approved HRP;
∎ Ensure preparation of Salary, Wages, OT allowance & others payment and on time disbursement of the same
∎ Ensure environmental, employee health and safety, rights/benefits & security issues in the factory as per local law and requirement;
∎ Organize & conduct seminars, workshops, training on health & hygiene, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ Follow up training and preparation of training schedule & module as per Training Need Analysis (TNA) and also conduct training & maintain its records and analyze the feedback of training;
∎ Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and ensure that those findings are resolved in systematic and planned manner;
∎ Ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) within timeline and submit to concerned as per their requirement;
∎ Establish and maintain a peaceful Industrial relation among management and workers;
∎ Identify Workplace Hazard & Risk Assessment and Job Safety analysis of all areas, functions and services;
∎ Ensure factory is ready for any type of audit/certification like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord, Better work, SLCP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, EMS, Oeko-tex, STeP by Oeko-tex, Detox to Zero, ZDHC.
∎ Maintain the factory ready for Social Compliance Audit, Security System Audit, Technical Audit, Environmental Audit, Management Audit, HR Audit, etc.;
∎ Work closely with ETP operation and maintain its effluent standard;
∎ Liaise with different stakeholders, buyers, auditor govt. agencies & others as per business requirement;
∎ Ensure & follow up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal document;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 36 years
∎ Must have working experience in HR & Compliance with large composite/garments industry for at least 8 years.
∎ Should have good knowledge on BLA 2006 and BLR 2015.
∎ Knowledge in HR audit, Compliance audit, Environmental audit, technical audit, security audit & others buyers' audit.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appreciate & acknowledge the team members.
