Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Must be from a reputed private or public university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD HRM,DSC from BIM
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accord, HR and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist for implementing and monitoring the company HR plan and policies.
∎ Lead the recruitment & selection process including placement of advertisements, preparing job description, organizing tests, short listing of candidates with rating, conducting interviews, perform reference check and finalizing the offers.
∎ Assist for implementation of labor Law & Buyers code of conduct.
∎ Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of new employees.
∎ Plan & conduct for employees’ performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ Set, monitor & review KPI for all employees,
∎ Conduct various compliance & HR audit, prepare CAP & implement accordingly.
∎ Ensure employee transition issues.
∎ Ensure Compensation & Benefits, and Training & Development.
∎ Ensure Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and maintain all information in the ERP System.
∎ Managing and resolving Employee Complain and Grievance issues.
∎ Implementation of workers employment standard.
∎ Staffing needs, job specifications, qualifications and skills & ensure the job descriptions are in place.
∎ Manpower survey and planning.
∎ Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
∎ Oversee HR metrics and document the observations for future policy making reference.
∎ Organize learning and development programs
∎ Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
∎ Responsible for all sorts of audit like BSCI, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX, GRS, GOTS, OCS Technical/Quality Assurance, Environmental audit, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ZDHC, Security System Audit (C-TPAT).
∎ Ensure housekeeping & factory compliance through regular monitoring;
∎ Any other job assigned by HOD.

∎ Age at most 38 years

∎ At least 10 years’ experience, with 2 years as Manager
