Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer letters.
∎ Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and programs.
∎ Overseeing the performance appraisal process.
∎ Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Administering employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
∎ Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
∎ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records related to employees, finances, and other administrative matters.
∎ Managing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems.
∎ Preparing annual budget for HR & admin department, managing inventory procurement analysis, maintain stock and assisting in review and development.
∎ Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes and establishes guidelines.
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines.
∎ Contributed to manage all kinds of purchase, procurement & storing and negotiate with vendors maintaining a good relationship.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Look after day to day office activities.
∎ Any other work assigned by Management.

The Daily Bonik Barta is currently looking for a right candidate for its HR & Admin Department.
∎ Job Context: To lead and manage the HR & Admin function by planning, directing and controlling the department.
