Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, HR Operations, Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR Admin, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organizational Development, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the basic knowledge on total HRM, HRD, HR administration, organizational development.
∎ Update our internal HRIS databases with new employee information, including contact details and academic documents.
∎ Monthly/weekly salary/bill/mobile allowances preparation and disbursement.
∎ Managing employee attendance and maintain attendance device.
∎ Managing & developing HR related documents, like appointment letters, termination letter, NDA, salary sheet, etc.
∎ Maintain the employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Handle corporate cellphone SIM related issues.
∎ Co-operate in all administrative work of the office.
∎ Prepare job description for the new recruitment, post new job and update on the job sites.
∎ Screen resumes, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
∎ Hands on preparing the primary job of compensation management, leave management, career management, talent management, retention management, succession planning, HR decision.
∎ Handle labor law related HRM issues.
∎ Supervise the activities of office boy, cleaner, support staff etc.
∎ Have sound knowledge about trade license, irc, board of investment, and other govt. license renewal in time.
∎ Maintain liaison with BRTA.
∎ Properly preserve, maintain and follow-up vehicle related documents and all other necessary official documents.
∎ Maintain and conduct all foreign travel & visa related issues of employees & management.
∎ Prepare all kinds of notice and office orders, meeting minutes on general affairs.
∎ Any others jobs assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
