∎ Candidate having Post Graduate Diploma in Management or HRM will get extra preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s):Factory management, General Administration, HR, Event Management etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the day-to-day administrative works under Nabil Particle Boards Factory.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the emergency service provider like: police, ambulance and fire service.
∎ Maintain the Security operations and Office Management system effectively.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems in administrative issues/works.
∎ Recruit support staff as required in coordination with Group HRD.
∎ Develop, implement and maintain HR policy.
∎ Maintain the overall transportation system.
∎ Take necessary steps and action for renewal of various license and certificates.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & compliance related works.
∎ Prepare and Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of Admin and HR issues.
∎ Ensure proper security of Office, Properties, premises & personnel etc.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
