Responsibilities & Context:

HR Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Staffing

    • Manpower planning in coordination with department heads.

    • Preparing and publishing job circulars, shortlisting, conducting interviews.

    • Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

    • Maintaining employee database and personnel files.

  2. Employee Relations & Engagement

    • Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

    • Implementing employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.

    • Conducting employee satisfaction surveys.

  3. Performance Management

    • Implementing KPI, appraisal systems, and performance evaluation.

    • Identifying training needs and arranging training programs.

  4. Policy & Compliance

    • Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies in line with labor laws.

    • Ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (and amendments).

    • Managing employee contracts, leaves, and attendance systems.

  5. Compensation & Benefits

    • Preparing monthly payroll, salary disbursement, and overtime calculation.

    • Administering bonuses, increments, provident fund, gratuity, and other benefits.

    • Managing insurance, medical, and employee welfare funds.

  6. HR Reporting & MIS

    • Preparing HR-related reports for management (turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, etc.).

    • Maintaining HR dashboards for management review.


Admin Responsibilities

  1. Office Administration

    • Managing office space, maintenance, cleanliness, security, and supplies.

    • Supervising housekeeping, reception, and front-desk operations.

    • Monitoring utility bills, vendor management, and contracts.

  2. Logistics & Support Services

    • Managing transport facilities, drivers, and vehicle maintenance.

    • Overseeing courier, dispatch, and mail management.

    • Supporting company events, meetings, and conferences.

  3. Compliance & Legal Support

    • Maintaining company licenses, trade licenses, renewals, and legal documents.

    • Supporting management with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.

  4. Health, Safety & Security

    • Implementing workplace safety policies.

    • Supervising security staff and CCTV monitoring.

    • Emergency preparedness and first-aid support.

  5. Management Support

    • Assisting senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks.

    • Coordinating inter-departmental communication.

    • Handling confidential documents and correspondence.
