Job Context:
∎ Department: Retail Sales Department
∎ Job Location: Base Station in Dhaka, but make sure to travel throughout the country regularly.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to guide all showroom managers nationwide to generate Hire Purchase Sales and Procedures.
∎ Visit, manage, monitor and inspect the everyday operations of all showrooms in respect of Hire Purchase Sales.
∎ Prepare and check Hire Purchase Application Forms, Documents and Procedures time to time.
∎ Ensure 100% Credit Realization and Collection of all installments on time from the customers.
∎ Assist all showroom managers/in-charges for the optimization of credit management processes.
∎ Provide all sort of hire purchase related support and care to all showroom managers / in-charges.
∎ Remittance Collection and Reconciliation Hire Purchase Accounts of all showrooms operated by the company.
∎ Achieve Sales Target in terms of Hire Purchase Sales.
∎ Closely monitor and prepare daily transaction and cash flow reports.
∎ Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales and Collection Reports.
∎ Predict and analyze risks by creating credit scoring models.
∎ Provide accurate market data to develop, review, credit policies as well as hire sales policies.
∎ Monitor all the cash transfers / payments and bad debts.
∎ Energetic, Patience, Enthusiasm, Dedication and have sound communication and negotiable skills.
∎ Keep liaison with the Retail Sales Department and report on time to the management.
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the country regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Minimum 5 (Five) years job experience in Hire Purchase Department with similar reputed organization / brand / same industry and in depth knowledge in Hire Purchase Policy and Procedures.
∎ Should be honest and hardworking.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and extensive working hours if needed.
∎ Good Command in Bengali & English.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
∎ Should have good knowledge on MS-Office applications & Internet.
