∎ MBA/ Masters in any discipline (Preferably in Agricultural Engineering) from a reputed University with good academic records. Education may be relaxed for candidates having extensive exposure in tractor industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales/ Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out sales and marketing activities of tractor and agro machinery business
∎ To plan, coordinate and follow up the work activities of the Sales Team
∎ Initiate all marketing & promotional activities to increase market visibility and brand value of the product
∎ Meet sales target as defined by the Management to achieve reasonable market share
∎ Making budget and implementing marketing plans as needed
∎ Develop effective sales planning and identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to communicate with target market
∎ Be up to date regarding market intelligence report to support business & strategic planning
∎ Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and sales projection
∎ Communication with Principal (s) and share industry information about the competitors
∎ Generate various reports as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have sales experience in Tractor & agro machineries
∎ Good knowledge on Marketing/Sales of product and services
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English and command over selling techniques
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Ability to travel extensively both in and outside of the country
