GIS, Land Law, Land Survey
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and modification of different land project Layout plan.
∎ Preparation of land acquisition plan along with sustainable recommendations.
∎ Initiate the GIS-based Land purchase database with an illustrative map for project implementation.
∎ Preparation of GIS database for purchased land on the basis of RS, CS & BS digital mouza map in the light of geolocation.
∎ Preparation of different utility plans for water supply networks, sewerage & wastewater network, electricity network, gas pipeline network, etc.
∎ Preparation of data collection formats for different levels of digital and field-level surveys.
∎ Supervision and monitoring of field surveys for data quality and accuracy.
∎ Analysis, interpretation of data, and writing report on topographic status, physical features, land use, traffic and transportation, socio-economic status, drainage, and environmental issues for submission to different government offices.
∎ Preparation of maps and documents of land ownership in a prescribed manner for obtaining land-use clearance and building permit application form for submission to RAJUK.
∎ Locational analysis with rational map preparation for individual projects.
∎ Obtaining approval and renewal of required NOCs for land projects from different government authorities viz; RAJUK, DCC, WASA, DESCO, TITAS, DTCB, BRTA, BIWTA, DOE, etc.
∎ Preparation and presentation of progress reports on ongoing projects for submission to different government offices.
∎ To hold meetings with RAJUK and consultants for project activities and maintain liaison with government offices for implementation of the projects.
∎ Any other works assigned by the management from time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
