Job Context:
∎ Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual (2 Years)
∎ Office Hour: Sunday-Thursday (10.00 am-6.00 pm)
∎ Office Location: House #57 Road #7/B, Block #H, Banani, 1213
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of managerial experience, including experience of managing teams of people experience with international projects is an asset;
∎ Experience of working with various stakeholders including non-governmental organizations, INGOs, is an asset
∎ Demonstrates integrity
∎ Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic goals of JAAGO Foundation
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
∎ Demonstrated experience in grant management.
∎ Demonstrated capacity in proposal writing, donor reporting.
∎ Builds strong relationships with donor, INGOs and NGOS.
∎ Has excellent negotiation, managerial and analytical skills.
∎ Demonstrates resourcefulness, initiative and ability to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
∎ Demonstrates resourcefulness, initiative and mature judgment
∎ Actively works towards continuing personal learning and development.
∎ Promotes a knowledge sharing and learning culture in the office through leadership and personal development.
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla (Speaking and Writing)
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
∎ Has to be proactive, self-motivating and hardworking.
∎ Physical Fitness/ Good Interpersonal Relationship Skill/ Strong Leadership Skill/ Willing to work in team approach/ Willing to work in dynamic working environment/Good report writing and documentation etc.
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
