Responsibilities & Context: Additional Requirements: Age 20 to 35 years Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Experienced and skilled candidates will be given priority. Responsibilities & Context:: Operational Management: Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day activities, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and register reconciliations. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, place orders, and perform regular audits to prevent shrinkage. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety and sanitation standards (e.g., proper food handling) to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment. Team Leadership & HR: Hiring & Training: Recruit, train, and onboard new employees, ensuring they provide excellent customer service. Scheduling & Supervision: Create staff schedules, manage attendance, and direct team tasks, especially during peak hours. Performance Management: Motivate staff, set targets, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to boost productivity. Sales & Commercial Strategy: Sales Maximization: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, increase traffic, and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs. Customer Service: Address complaints, queries, and grievances in a professional manner to maximize customer loyalty. Merchandising & Promotion: Arrange displays, implement in-store promotions, and manage price changes. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profit margins for senior management.
