Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Com degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage and drive all aspects of the Restaurants & Bar operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.
∎ Organizes and directs the preparation of the weekly cover forecasts by all outlet managers, coordinates staffing and sets up changes in Food & Beverage areas as determined from the review and analysis of the weekly forecast.
∎ Supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.
∎ Supervises and coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists.
∎ Ensures banquet, buffet set-ups and banquet function themes are creative and in accordance with the Amari brand image.
∎ Manages the day-to-day operation of outlets in accordance with established SOP.
∎ Maintains effective communication with all outlets and kitchens to follow-up and consistently maintains high product and service standards.
∎ Supervises, coordinates and follows up on monthly inventories.
∎ Assists in the operation during service time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience working in hotel or restaurant for minimum 5 to 8 years.
∎ Supervisory experience.
∎ Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and restaurant management platforms.
∎ Excellent multitasking ability.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Interpersonal relationship skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Organizational skills.
∎ Customer service skills.
∎ Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries.

Salary: Tk. 194000 - 225000 (Monthly)
