Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Certification course/ Diploma in RMG/ Apparel Production Management is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish shipping and receiving operational procedures, i.e., collect the audited cartons and store as per the buyer's standards, offer inspection as per confirmation from GPQ team, etc.
∎ Review shipping and receiving orders and requests for stock transfers.
∎ Supervise and coordinate loading of Finished Goods.
∎ Schedule outbound transportation and follow up until goods handover to the forwarder.
∎ Monitor and maintain physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure all Finished goods are shipped in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure accurate data entry using WFX software.
∎ Liaise with other departments including production, supply chain and logistics to coordinate finished goods warehouse activities.
∎ Manage monthly plan to ship and forward daily basis report with reasons for any deferments.
∎ Develop and maintain procedures for Finished goods management.
∎ Utilize maximum capacity of the shipment vehicle.
∎ Develop and implement cost saving measures.
∎ Manage leftover items destruction and aged stock removal.
∎ Ensure all reopen garments to pack after any inspection.
∎ Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of yearly plans.
∎ Manage effective resource allocation, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement through appropriate HR interventions.
