Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Financial Regulations, Tax & VAT laws.

Design and lead long-term financial strategies aligned with business expansion goals.

1. Provide visionary insights to top management on investment, risk, and sustainable growth.

2. Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial discipline across all businesses.

3. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on growth acceleration.

4. Drive ERP/digital finance transformation to maximize efficiency and transparency.

5. Mentor and guide finance teams, building a culture of accountability and excellence.

6. Contribute as a strategic partner in mergers, acquisitions, and business diversification.

Requirements

• Master’s in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration (Public University graduates will get preference).

• Professional certifications (CA/ACCA/CMA/CFA) will be highly valued.

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.

• Strong FMCG industry experience is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to think strategically, lead teams, and deliver sustainable growth.

• High ambition, visionary mindset, and capacity to influence organizational success.
