Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or, equivalent degree in Business Studies (Accounting or Finance) from any recognized university.
∎ CA (CC)/CMA Partly qualified is prefer.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, etc.
∎ Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for Fund raise in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits, and timely follow-up for necessary sanctions, documentation, and disbursements.
∎ Preparation and appraisal of the working capital proposal.
∎ Fixing up arrangements of working capital.
∎ Controlling group loan portfolio, daily fund management, and banks dealings.
∎ Develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Ensure financial and investment planning to support business goals.
∎ Prepare investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investment.
∎ Ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Sound knowledge of ERP software systems.
∎ Excellent written drafting/oral communication skills (both in English and Bangla) with sound knowledge in MS office package are essential.
∎ Work with vendors and co-workers to resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile monthly vendor statements.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 to 8 year(s) in FMCG/Agro-Based Industries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank Loan Facility, Bank management, Banking, Cost & Budget Accounting, Finance and Banking.
