Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Finance/Accounts & Honours/Master in English.
∎ At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
∎ Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
∎ Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
∎ Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
∎ Preparing documents and updating records.
∎ Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
∎ Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
∎ Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
∎ Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.
∎ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Prepares and implements training budget.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.

Salary: Negotiable
